So I’ve been trying to improve my focus at work without turning to caffeine or constant to-do lists. Someone at a workshop I attended casually mentioned the liven, and said it helped them reset mentally throughout the day. I didn’t get a chance to ask more, but it got me thinking—maybe these emotional or mindset check-ins could help me stay balanced and not just power through with stress. Has anyone tried something similar or used an app like that? I’m skeptical but also kind of intrigued if a daily pause to check in can really impact how you work.
